This policy explains what personal information SureHoofERP collects through surehooferp.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. SureHoofERP is a business name of SVIRLAN.COM LLC, based in Temecula, California, USA ("SureHoofERP", "I", "we").
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form or the "Work with me" form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and message. If you email us (for example, a resume), we receive that email and its attachments.
- Website usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and to discuss or deliver services you ask about.
- To review applications to work with us.
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, who handle data on our behalf:
- Formspree: receives and delivers contact form submissions.
- Google Analytics: website usage statistics.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Google Fonts: serves the fonts used on the site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
- Our email provider, for messages you send us.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Client data in Business Central
When we work in a client's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, we access client data only as needed for the agreed work, under the client's instructions and our engagement agreement. We do not use client data for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and application messages for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept according to its retention settings (no longer than 14 months).
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by law.
- California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
